SONY XPERIA C3: A tale of horrible experience
This was never expected from SONY. Is there anyone from SONY management, who can spare some time to respond to our numerous emails that we have sent regarding your XPERIA C3 Product?
We purchased XPERIA C3 recently, and from day one we have been facing multiple issues with the handset, especially with the camera of the phone. The images are blurred to an extent that all images give scary look.
Even VGI Cameras would be better than the XPERIA C3 camera. How can SONY claim and market it as the camera phone?
When we contacted customer care, we were asked to upgrade the software. Oh my God!! Software upgrade of a 4 day old phone. That was also fine… we upgraded the software, but all in vain.
Eventually, we visited the service center. Service center representative ran some ‘repair-software’ which again was a futile effort. With no improvement, the representative told this was the max they can do, and this is how the camera is.
We have mentioned this special note on the receipt of the service center foil.
To our astonishment, we came across 3 more customers at the service center with similar complaint about XPERIA C3.
We want to ask SONY Team, is this the phone which you were claiming to be the camera phone?
Can we have some responsible dignitary from the company of your repute to answer to my perpetual email chains, as to why we should bear the amount of 21,000 INR for a defective piece manufactured from SONY?

Are we supposed to own a defective piece, a mistaken product from SONY by paying this huge sum?
This is a simple case of cheating and fraud.
We will never recommend anyone to purchase SONY.
SONY has the worst after-sale service.

actually iam not satisied wid the back camera, pictures was taken were not clear than pictures were taken by front camera. y am i facing this problem. I just bought it a week ago. Pls suggest me whether there was any update or any settings regarding back camera quality
