Mine fell in water and I could not turn it off - power button stopped working. Battery is non-removable. Now the phone is damaged and cannot be repaired!

In the beginning this phone was working excellent,,,, but exactly after one year it is showing serious issues in the touch.... I have paid bloody 24000 for this SHIT!!!

Till the first year it was working smoothly n had almost negligible problems. But after a year I started getting problems my touch has not been working properly. I think Xperia c4 is not worth buying

Don't buy this model or any phone of sony. I just bought sony Xperia C4 after a month and 4 days to be exact and I got the touch screen malfunction. Very disappointed. I bought a Sony phone for a chance because most people are using Samsung and iPhone. Now I know why Sony phone not that popular. Please do not buy Sony phone.

don't purchase C4.......... I studied a lot initially then bought it, but after 5 months TouchScreen Issue arises , they told it will take 25 days to get repair .... Its all yuck experience with a YuCk fone.............

Those who r facing touch issue kindly submit ur fon and dey will change display and board it...as dey r saying fault have been captured and no such problem will ocuur...

I also have same problem I buy c4 last month after 3 week I have tounch problem, I can't use all undo,home n minimize at the botton site but after I change setting to glove mode all problem solve..
