sony xperia c4 dual got some serious touch problems , i bought this before Nine months , now its touch not working properly ,Battry Prablem Hanging Prablem & Motherbard Prablem from a sony phone . going to submit at sony service centre.

I like Sony too much when at the starting mobile is very nice but now it's the 2 nd time touching problem with in 1 year still my warranty is there. Within a year of time 2 times very worst and disappointment for Sony users. Here after I never use Sony and I want make it for exchange.

Sony C4 is a good specs phone. I have one. but this model is facing a lots of "ghost" touch problem and earning a very bad name for SONY. Guys pls dont go for this model unless SONY officially declare a rectification in the fault in the newer lot. otherwise u will definitely have a visit to the service center....

I been a sony user for quiet some time now and this phones performance is superb. Camera is great. Battery and speed is amazing HOWEVER, ive only been using this for 5 months and now the screen is not well as itwas the 1st time.. its been couple of time since i been to the service center but utter useless.. big disappointment sony

Sony C4 is a good specs phone. I have one. but this model is facing a lots of "ghost" touch problem and earning a very bad name for SONY. Can i ask if your sony experia c4 battery life goes longer even if u dont use it?i think mine has a problem.even i dont use my phone it always drains faster...i only bought it last month,, :-(

for all users of xperia c4. i think its depense on how you use your phone. every phone have their limit. so for those who have so many problem with this phone. so then make your own phone. be smart.

but unfortunately this is the failure model for sony
many problems facing in this phone mainly touch problem
then sometime i could not able to attend the call
phone operating automatically
dial pad not working properly so and so...
finally i handover for service they asked 10days time
