I am Sony fan since November 2006. Initially Sony product were superior but now they r producing wrost products. I bought many phones of Sony but now all phones of Sony creating problems. I have boughť Sony Xperia c4 in April 2016 but now many issues with this set. Phone touch screen not working properly n phone hanging aloť even with löw. Storage. Battery charging time more about 6 hours and many more problems. I have never bought such wrost mobile of Sony? Don't waste your money on such costly mobile.invest on other companies set which gives u value of money. I also chañging my brand. So urge u not buy Sony phones....

Man I hope you are Correct I just bought a SONY C4 16GB Phone and the UPS Driver is on his way... I never had any problems with SONY products that's the reason I picked that Model Smart Phone... Damn Brady Bunch Caviat Emtore Buyer be Ware...

after buying it in last October,2015 I could use it properly for 6 months only...then it started creating troubles.touch screen not working properly, battery takes much longer time (5 hours )for full charging, charger gone out of order, phone starts and off automatically...it gives psychological torture upon a user when he thinks of buying so costly set and its poor performances ..I repaired it from Sony workshop and now expecting better result ...but I'm not happy with Sony mobile...thank u

I bought this phone 5 months ago and I'm experiencing sensitive touchscreen wherein it's randomly pushing areas on the keyboard and other applications. I'm not sure if it's the screen or the software but I expected more.

Pogi, 24 Sep 2016Do sony read all the comments in here, or they just ignore us?? it seems all sony c4 has the... morenot all the c4's.. mine is working perfectly.. no such errors.. if there is touch problem because of a software bug, so try on safemode. the problem may solve, and keep ur phone off when u get sleep in the night, give a rest to your phone.. plus now u can update marshmallow from pc companion, the marshmallow update fixed all the bugs, so after the update u can use the phone smoothly..
