such a bad phone i used ever in my life.after 2 months touch and software complaint.still i did nt fix the problem.
I have purchased this phone last year June just after its launching...I must say its just a okay phone with its price range (i purchased it in rs. 24,000).
In short my suggestion is not buy the phone, it heats, it lags and its very highly priced...
I am not been able to connect the phone to my laptop... need help???
Touch screen problem just after 10 months of use! Read others' posts and you can call this a feature. It made me meditate like a monk on many occasions, one urgent situation I lost my way and I can't access the map app. You know how it feels. If you're thinking of buying from this brand because of its nice look, affordability or reputable household name, a friendly warning, don't!.

I don't know how moisture enters the phone again and again, which causes ghost touch problem ,its for the second time and i'm going to buy a new phone now, as the problem may persist again after warranty is over.

Service center told it is due to moisture and repair cost about 10,000₹.
But many experia phone hav same problem

I visited twice in a month in sony center for bettery problem and over heating but no use after 3-4day the same get started again
I brought sony xperia c4 dual, it worked for nine months without any problems, after that touch issues started and servicing center people said display should be replaced. It has been two months no spare part from sony and servcing center replied they are help less. It seems like it is a failure model, i think sony knows this but not responding and not proving spare parts for this model. Customer care people sending bundles of mails saying at your service. Think again SayNoToSony.
This is sony worst phone ever. I am using it from 10 months and in those 10 months more than 3 months it was present in service center due to touch problem. Center people told me this set is having touch problem and more then 70% users are affected by the same problem.
