No security update since 1 july 2016.....F****ng cell phone brand.

A big brand with false commitments, I bought Sony experia c4 dual and it shown me its quality in 6 months by replacing it camera ( for which sony is specilize in market)
2. It again failed just after warranty period with a damage in screen and mother board.
Service center quoted 14000/- to repair the device, Its quite obvious I will buy a new phone with No Sony brand.

Worst phones ever. In a year or half your motherboard will be damaged and if you are not under warranty period it will cost you 5000 rupess. And when it comes after repair you will definitely have low battery backup reduces camera quality and degraded software problem. We 5 friends together brought the same and all of us are going through the same problem. And it really costs too much to get sony phones repaired ie not less than 7000.

check your preferred network types(LTE preferred) under mobile networks inside data usage menu. because sometimes it is changing to GSM and other type, hope this helps.

Guys its one month now c4 experia touch problem occurred, I manage to system restore the phone but after that cant touch anymore

battery life is bad. marshmallow update may freez the device. first device had problems in camera and signal strength, then freezing. i got device exchanged by warranty after freezing. new device got after claiming warranty is ok with lollipop. still not a single day with battery.

My first and last Sony phone. POS died after 10 months. The phone reboots in a loop whenever I connect to a charger. The battery drains from 100% to 0% in a matter of minutes. Seller won't honour the warranty but they say its battery related but reading other users with same problems after battery replacement made no difference. It's hardware/software related.
Do NOT buy this phone. Great for a couple of months and it becomes a lemon. Never buying another Sony, worst phone ever owned.
