The worst phone i've ever used and especially the battery is worst.Never used such a phone till now and now its starting ghost touch...the charge will be 90 and within 5 minute the charge will be 1%.... The Worst EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD

No problems whatsoever. Though we will be upgrading soon, still she doesn't want to let go of her c5, will be keeping it as a back up fone.

Sony was brand name. Nowadays they are not giving product as per their brand name. I have same problem for my mobile c5 ultra,and t.v , motherboard. Even i have list of my relatives with same issue.

Used only exactly 2 years and no spare parts (Motherboard and battery) for replacement. Useless redundant phone. Never buy Sony phone again.

After the latest update for Sony C5 Ultra Dual the response has become slow for the mobile. I hate the update. I reseted the mobile also, not able to repair the software using the companion. Worst experience. It freezes all of a sudden. Regret buying this mobile n updating it.

And the touchscreen glich on my c5 never happen again...

It worked fine at the beginning, good cameras... but bricked within a year of normal/average usage (no rooted)

If you want an old phone but never freezes, Z5 Premium please.
