you know what i get the drill..if your phone wont open when starting..simple open the sim card socket..or either press the sim card sofly untill it open...
I thought at first that it has power button issues..but the thing is the sim card socket mostly is responsible....but generaly this phone is good especilay in camera and batery

No no no to this phone. I bought it in Feb 2016, already sent it for repair for 3 times since then due to power up problem. 1st time (in Dec 2016)....2nd time in Feb 2017 replaced motherboard. In Mar 2017.....similar power up problem....still in workshop for repair :(

Reinstall the software using Sony Xperia Companion in your PC..create backup before reinstalling. Your device will work normally. This issue can happen in any brand when you upgrade to new software.

Sony Xperia c5 , very worse feed back i have. it was just 10 months i bought. its all dead phone .never recommended to purchase. even its in a warranty period but i bought from India so no sony service centre taking warranty .
i will never buy sony again

Sony Xperia C5 is a beautiful phone. I am using since December 2015. It is working perfectly alright. There may be fake products selling in the name of genuine companies. My sincere advice is please buy genuine products only.
You should have to have minimum knowledge about the device before you upgrade or install.
