Hi . Sony user.nice device. No problem at all. Love this phone. Xperia m5 so many bug and autoshutdown .then change to this phone xperia c5 ultra. . Nice phone. Long battery life.

Do not buy this phone. One year since sony promised they will update Android 6 for this device but now is no signal of this. Then we trusted them but they do not care us. I am planning to resell this phone to buy new one of another manufacture. Never say Sony again.

Got mine and the camera is awesome front and ba... moreWe have this phone c5 ultra the battery drains fast and charging time is about 4hrs. It really has heating issues.
Aside from what I mentioned above the phone is good. Battery poor performance really upsets me. Sorry I can't recommend this phone.

Why my SD Card is always damage. i already change my SD Card @ Sony Store. after an hour it will damage again and cant format it.

Only battery capacity is the problem, otherwsie good one I am using since last year, It has andriod 6.0 update eligible (please refer sony site).

1.Battery backup is especially very poor
2.screen resolution is also poor
3.heating problem occurs while playing asphalt8&MC5
4.C4 have an marshmallow update but C5 doesn't have

I've had mine for a year. It's life is 1 day only even if I am not using internet. I love the camera. Sometimes though photos when zoomed in are pixelated. Sad that it is not upgradeable to Marshmallow
