2 install all other jio app one by one
3 now switch off mobile data and wifi
4 go to setting > apps >open my jio app > clear data
5 close all background apps from multi tasking tray
6 now open my jio app from app drawer
7 you get the option of " get jio sim"
8 open mobile data
9 click that option
10...... ...........

2. Try to change place
3. Maybe try to repair phone or ask Sony about that
I first time heard that problem is with 4G/3G... For me working everything fine, most time just perfect

Got the way to get jio sim option
1 install my jio app specifically the older version
2 install all other 11 applications
3 switch of you net and open my jio app.
There you will be able to see that all applications have open option.
4 click open on myjio app
5 you get the option for sim
Now switch on your net and click in get sim..
There you go....
