I am a dedicated fan of Sony Phones because of Japanese product, and used many Xperia devices till now around 4 devices in last 7 years but after Sony reduced attention from Indian Market, My Xperia C5 Ultra Duel purchased on February 2016 got suddenly very slow and screen responsive time was too bad, lag issues was started surfacing annoyingly. Another issue was observed that major retail outlets stopped selling Sony devices.
Therefore left with no other option than to go for an exchange offer in Amazon and purchased my first Samsung Phone Galaxy A9 Pro.
Hope the Japanese brand Sony once again come back to Indian Market with all it's glory like Nokia is entering Indian Market.

I been using SE C5 Ultra Dual since its was first introduced in Saudi. The unit was already updated to version 6.0. So far I don't have any problem using the unit. So I am wondering why lots of issues here.

It becomes more problematic right now what should i do i dont know.. If u give me any solution..

Using this phone for one and half years the phone suddenly switches off again and again... at last it switched off for one last time....shown to the service centre they told me the mother board is gone....it would cost same for a new phone...

the worst phone i have ever had. After completion of 1 year i face so many issues like first mobile network not found , touch doesnt working properly and finally phone switched off .

I updated my handset's android version from 5.1 lolipop to 6.0 marshmallow. Now its front camera's picture quality is too bad than before. So can anybody tell me how to resolve this problem?

The phibe works on its own without touching like the notification panel pops down on it's own and doesnt allow you to do anything
Not at all a hardy phone like xperia c
I got my screen changed from the service centre and after 15 days the same started to happen. While receiving the phone from the service centre they said there is a month warranty on the screen but when i went after 15 days after the delivery with the same touch problems they declined to claim for the screen and asked me for a screen change again well that screen costed about 5500
Now after 3 months using my phone with those touch problems the touched problems rather increased and now my touch is not at all working and the display is also getting blacked out
Very dissatisfied I'm going for a new phone and not sony
