Can u tell me?If Marshmallow is available for you and you got notification you can update with Xperia Companion application on PC (computer) or through your smartphone, but if for you is not available update yet you must wait. To check is update for you or not you can connecting with PC (computer) and Xperia Companion application. If you will see information "it's up to date" it's mean that update is not available yet. Also you can check in smartphone settings, about mobile and check new update section. In sony mobile web site go to support section and choose your model, upda6te section or in xpericheck.com where need to add your model name and you will see is released update in your region/country... If you will have any question again try contact with Sony Support center
