I lost contact list twice within 2 months. it is in the memory of phone but not displayed on the contact list. The service center have no answer except software problem. The China phone which I use before this seem to be better than this.

How is it possible that a company like Sony goes out and inform on their support site that kitkat will be redy in july. Then all know that we well past july and their info still tell us user update in july.

worst phone at its class the phone sucks the sony is worst phone maker this phones kitkat update has no information till now hate sony dont buy this one worst performance if you open your camera it will take atleast 10 secs to open and when you click an image it freezes and only when you rewmove your battery only its work

Anonymous, 25 Jul 2014Can someone say me if this phone is goog or bad? i want buy a new phone.Its not a bad phone at all, I've used it for 3 weeks now and its all I was expecting, good performance for a high-low-end phone (there are slower phones for the same price in my country that's why the high-low-end)
I guess it all ends with from what phone you come from. I had a ZTE V793 which is very outdated and the E1 fullfils my needs.
