I bought this dirty useless phone in april 2014 for Rs. 10000. Perfomance was satisfactory initially but then came an OS update which handicapped the phone. Hangs at critical moments, Sometimes it takes ages to display contacts.. With a few Whatsapp viedeos it will be on its Hanging-bluffing-Restarting mode. Chrome letters with which "SONEY" written on its back started to fall one-by-one after a few months of purchasing it. The nasty thing among all is the magnet in its speaker attracts coins in my pocket and will take them along with it, and drops down.. Several times I had to picked up Re.1 and Rs. 2 from Dirty streets. Two days back I sold it for Rs 2000 and Bought a Micromax A106 for Rs. 6300 a Phone 100 times better than this Soney Phone. Only nice thing about Xperia E1 Dual is its music system and telephony worked very well with my Cars Audio (Maruti Celerio with Factory fitted Music system)via Bluetooth. Haven't Checked My new Phone with my Car Audio-but should be nice I think So. The moral of the Story is Big brands will be nastier when selling too much for too less than a company Specialized in Frugal technology. This wisdom given to me by soney helped me a lot in Choosing Maruti Celerio Over Similar priced Cars from Bigger International Brands. So my investment on Soney Xperia was not bad-after all!

i have a problem. when i open two applications,a ebook
(with kingsoft office) and a dictionary and minimize
the one application after another then maximize, after
two or more attempts the ebook restarts from the
beginning and i loose the line of the book. this is a
very serious problem. can you please tell me how to

worst sony handset so far. battery back up is horrible, processor absolutely rubbish, hangs often than not, camera below average, only good thing is its sound. overall disastrous. there are way better options than this.

Do not purchase this phone because it is not good.
Battery Backup is very poor and phone will be hang and restart after install some app.

Great phone with one condition: Do not upgrade firmware! Newer firmware is way over this phone capabilities. I upgraded and after a few month of pain i rolled back to the factory firmware. Now i used it for 1 year and works flawless. Incredible value for it's price.
