AnonD-594045, 06 Oct 2016i had samsung galaxy ace, and on that phone you coul install apps and games on the micro sd cardU still dos't understand my point. Thats what I m saying that u can't installed any Google's apps in external sd card in any Android operating system smartph, no matter of version. Its installed in internal memory; in ur Samsung Galaxy Ace also; check it carefully. But after installation of apps u may transfer some data portion of apps in external sd. Anyway, I m eagerly waiting for Sony Xperia E5. Anybody have news to launching it here in India, kindly tell.
Is this phone rootable? I want cyanogenmod installed.
Anonymous, 16 Jul 2016Listen; first of all, there is not any smartph manufactured in world till date in which u can ... morei had samsung galaxy ace, and on that phone you coul install apps and games on the micro sd card
is it good to use? because I was thinking for an upgrade to E5 with Virgin here in UK :)

AnonD-592386, 02 Oct 2016How long would its battery last if you played a few games on it.you will might get hard to play heavy games if you have this phone for gaming. because:
1. it runs marshmallow,
2. it got 294 ppi and xlarge screen,
3. it's 64-bit device,
4. but its ram is 1.5 gb
marshmallow with that display's specification and 64-bit cpu will consume its ram about 1 - 1.3 GB
The battery is awful the phone takes 5 hours to charge and most new phones come with fast charger, ffs Sony it's 2016!!!
How long would its battery last if you played a few games on it.
I was a little impatient as I had no choice to buy this Xperia E5 to replace my rooted Moto G LTE (peregrine) which the screen was smashed. So I did a research on Xperia E5 and the bootloader for the device isn't listed on Sony developer website, probably of Sony restrictions on rooting. I feel this phone will lack OTA system update, unofficial development, custom ROMs etc, so I advise people who's into rooting stay away from Sony and buy a mid range Motorola or Google Nexus.
Anonymous, 27 Aug 2016I want to buy this phone as a basic text and chat user, while occasionaly browsing the web, us... morehi, I'm from one of the UK's best mobile provider, from release date up until this day, customers has/had been askin for Samsung or apple, but when it comes to those users who ask for better quality of phones, we fully suggest them to take Sony phones instead of those leading brands for it will give them the performance of one handset they've been askin, now, when it comes to this phone, from its price range I could actually tell you this is the best among those ranging £140-£200 price of phones
Really like this phone, it is great, the battery is not poor at all, it lasts up to 2 days for me. The camera is great. I think this is one of the best phones in this price range.
The phone overall looks gorgeous and elegant, but in terms of cpu and ram it is not so good. There are devices with more good hardware at the same price.
Great design, one of the beautiful sony phone, but poor battery life.
Very good phone!
i take cell
