for that height, i am proud to own the xperia go...
how height was it...

Only cons of this phone is da screen res..da rest is awesome...having it for more than a month now...ics or jb faster please sony:-(

With every new release it seems Sony is determined to shoot itself in the foot by crippling otherwise excellent and beautifully designed phones.
With every model if you want feature X (>5mp camera, sd card) you lose feature Y (user replaceable battery) and on top of that Sony releases inferior new phones to old SE ones.
I got my wife the Xperia Active awhile back and it is superior (higher pixel density, replaceable, better battery, ANt+) to the Go in every aspect other than the CPU/GPU ... and who needs dual core to drive HVGA anyway?

want to ask u about the back cover. I just bought the phone last night. The only thing make me feel this phone less safety is the back cover. Is it normal if the back cover cannot be close tight like any other phone? I already ask the salesperson, but they said normal. I really need help. Thankz.

The screen already cracked from the throw. If you watch the HD version of the video, and watch frame-to-frame the part where the phone hits the ground, you can see clearly that the phone lands on the screen and when it bounces you can see the same crack that she shows us at the end of the video.

...the back cover of the phone is in up position...but
at the time when the bicycle crash/hit the phone, u can see the front(screen) was in up position...
this is not professional and unfair crash test...
and i hope that they are not using nokia lumia 920 to "capture" the crash...
why dont they try to test iphone5, galaxy s3, nokia lumia...i mean thrown from that height...

Here the Xperia Go is thrown out a window from 1st/2nd floor of a building. It lands on the hard pavement outside and the screen cracked:

For the first vid, it could've been just luck, depending on which part of the phone hits the ground first. It would've been more convincing if they dropped it a few more times. If the phone had survived that 1st/2nd floor drop on the 2nd video, it would've been sold on me.

The xperia go is better than arc s as it contains the gpu Mali 400, which is installed in galaxy s II so better option to go for xperia GO
