Initailly when i bought this phone i faced some problems but now it is working awesome and i came to know sony is the real brand.

nosf, 24 Sep 2013no your stuck on cyngemod Cyanogenmod 10 (FreeXperia CM10) ist the best ROM for XGO.
I tried all of them, trust me, all are shi**ty.
CM10 works wonders!
P.S. on FXP240 still no WiFi Tethering! (bug)

Works like a charm on Cyanogenmod 10 (google for FreeXperia CM10)
Rooted, CWM installed, overclocked to 1150 Mhz (CM10 stock kernel, no need to do it manualy)
Use SetCPU profiles to boost it and remove 95% lags.
Custom mods I use:
*Samsung S4Launcher for any Android = http://d-h.st/M88
*CM10 stock zRam = 18% gives 75mb more RAM.
*SetCPU = buy on PlayStore
= setup 2x profiles
= Screen ON (performance 400/1150mhz)
= Screen OFF (powersave 200/400mhz)
*Cache Booster Pro: get from PlayStore
= set cache to 1024kb, fast app switching!
*AdAway = removes 90% of all Ads.
*Lux Brightness Control =little complicated to setup,
but saves allot of battery!
*Performance_Tweaks_By_TopDroid_v1.4.2.zip
saves battery and boosts performance.

Hi i am new on sony xperia go, I hve a problem on setting up time for the phone and when i did the time and date, i go to whatsapp it tell its wrong date. The question is i am in South Africa. hw do i setup a correct time for the phone so that i can use apps?

just dont clean the picture preview
are you using JB? it has problems on pic preview... keep GB
battery saver apps are useless.
it depends on your use for the phone. i keep it lowest brightness when i can see well
wifi/3G always off when not in use... you'll get at least 2-3days battery
