Had this phone for about two months and the touchscreens stopped working, so im unable to answer phone calls and to try and call someone it takes 10 minutes then i have to turn it off. Whenever its charging i cant type on it because the screens worse when charging

its a bad smartphone i had ever...its too lagging and it can turn off by thierself..its like jame by its self ..i want to turn on this smartphone but its can't..i can't turn on this phone why...?what i can do to turn on this phone..?4 times i turn on the buttons in this phone but it can't turn on ...why? please help me ..

Pls. dont buy this fone. I learnt it the hard way. Not at all worth the money u pay.
Fone hangs often; Battery backup is poor; Apps not installing / working properly; Not fit for rough use (as advertised); Touch screen has started troubling within 6 months of purchase; PHEW ; and what not .....
Seriously I'm vexed of this stupid fone. Take my words.

If you want to buy this phone, here's one fact that might change your mind.
Although it is 1 year and few months old, it won't get anymore Android updates. The 4.1.2 is the last.
Do you really want a phone that is going to be the same all the time? I don't think so.

don't buy this phone, USB charging pin in the phone itself can be easily damaged by regular charging, what worse is that it is UNREPAIRABLE according to Sony Technicians, I have this phone until the charging pin was broken, it is under warranty, but they voided it, their reason is because there is a small crack in its casing which it accidentally falls off my hand before, but my phone is still ok after that, until one day when I was charging, I saw that battery is full already, so I unplugged the USB from the mini USB port of the phone, after that it won't charge anymore, so the charging pin was very sensitive so after multiple times of charging, it will be broken in the future for sure.. this is a warning to all, dont take the risk
