Hey Aman,
Go for XPERIA RAY ! its 8MP with 0.3MP front camera but it lacks in camera flash. it has only photo Light, not the flash. it will be around 18K.

I want to know if this phone also develops the Yellow tint fault as in Xperia S. Also, how good is the battery life as I listen to music a lot, play games a little (Angry Birds, Temple Run) and Tweet often. Please I'd like opinions from people who use this phone. I need help asap because I'm confused about buying this phone or SGS2(the only Android phone I know with the least of problems asides SGS3).
