Someone please help! My Xperia J lags and hangs a lot. Is it possible to change the single core processor to dual core processor? Please help me, I wish my Xperia J had dual core processor. I love this phone!

I had just updated my xperia j to jellybean last monday..(maybe 12 hours later) and then some of my apps would not start.. like temple run 1 and 2, it would just open and then stuck on the loading page(the one with the imangi std.logo,, other apps is crashing, when i open them, it just goes back to the home screen.. help! what should i do?

I am quite happy with the phone..
