Martin Siry SVK, 14 Nov 2020Dear dements, this device is not for gaming, so, try understand that it is phone for normal us... morefor me it's a good phone. yes, it's build not for gaming.. and the camera are perfectly fine for me...and also the sony-ericson keypad mobilephones i have that also back in the year 2005.
even in darkroom the quality of the picture is perfect. im using the model g3311 xperia 2019 today.

I have had this phone for around 5 months now, and so far it has been great, the camera is all I need and the android UI is perfect to navigate around,
would recommend it to anyone!

I have had this phone for 2 years this month. This is the worst Sony Xperia I have ever owned. Here below is its bad points:
Photo's indoors are poor and with yellow colour cast. Poor clarity, not sharp.
Showing photo's to people outside are very dark even at the highest setting.
Speakers are poor quality on music play back.
Cannot delete Apps that are installed on the phone from new. Including ones that cannot be used anymore.
Apps take up to much memory on 16gb.
Only good things are:
Music playback through earphones and headphones.
Video playback of videos downloaded onto memory cards.
My next phone will be either a pricer Sony or a decent price Samsung.

I was ahead of myself, the refresh rate really for use with the true gaming phone which the L1 is not. The Sony otherwise works well, maybe more RAM / 4GB.

Dear dements, this device is not for gaming, so, try understand that it is phone for normal usage, compare, i have S8+ and this device, i like that Sony have very good sound over headphones AKG, it have radio so fine, every app is working, banking is nfc friendly, nothing more nothing less, so if you want to play a games, buy vaseline and fingers your ass with samsung s8+ no battery drain, debils. SONY forever, cheers

I've had my L1 for about 3 yrs. I purchased it unlocked at Target. I think what I don't understand most is that Sony is known first and foremost for making high dollar still frame cameras, video recorders, rack stereos and portables. It's what the Company is built on for Gods sake.
Why then would they pack such an absolute POS camera and speaker into their phone that's destined for BestBuy, Fry's, Amazon, etc where it will go up against the major players in the World? It just baffles me.
Moving on. I wouldn't call the L1 G3313 a BAD phone per we. I've had worse. But in no way can Sony ever hope for a Flagship entry into the competitive playing field without scrapping everything that went into the L1 and starting over from scratch. If Sony can pull it off .. only then can they ever hope to go up against Apple & Samsung as the top players in the game.
Two more points.
I can see the L1 being an ok first phone for a younger child or a.senior.citizen. It's pretty basic and straight forward and even if it's crappy, it's decent looking and not something your kid would be embarrassed by if their friends all have iPhones.
Finally, I accidentally dropped.my L1 into my 9 foot.deep swimming pool. The pool was drained of pool water at the time but, it was the rainy season and it was filled with about 4 ft of thickish muddy leafy water. I was beside myself. Not prepared to shop for and buy a phone just yet. The L1 was serving basic purposes of talk text and social media.
I knew it was a race against time and I ran down to the deep end . I reluctantly reached down into the muck, felt around, finally felt it, held it tight and brought it out. It was covered in earthworms as we're my hands and forearms! I kept reminding myself "Act like a big girl You can do this." Sparing the minor details, once the exterior was cleaned off I removed the back cover and began the daunting dirty task. Mud removal then I set it outside to dry the internal components. I found a tutorial.for.the L1 believe it or not. I took that phone completely apart. Every tiny screw and every component, camera SIM and SD cards, the teeny tiny wires, the board, glass, all of it.
There was water damage that I couldn't completely clean off. I left all the components out over night to dry thoroughly and then I reassembled it watching the year down menu in reverse. Then came the moment. I hit the power.button. that son of a gun powered right up. Here I am more than a yr later typing this long ass review on it. Which reminds me .... I hate the keyboard!

One thing I can vouch for with this phone is that its fairly durable. I've dropped mine so many times yet no problems

I have this phone about 2 yrs and I'm still using it until nowww, l'll be honest this phone has a battery problem when it comes on gaming. It last only 2 hours when I'm playing a gameee but when u just reading wattpad or watching videos without using data it last 1 day those negative feedback downthere If I know the Sony Xperia L1 their using is not an original version. (^o^)My papa buy this for me last 2017 and I love this phone. I always fell this phone,had this wetted when I was going home from school and it's raining but it works until now
So is u want to have a phone that its worth ur money I recommended thissssssss but if u dont then it's okey^_^

If you want to game, dont buy this phone, youll regret it. This phone can barely handle videos even at 240p, even my iphone 3 is better. Sony please update software or something

Hello there !
I find the Sony L1 good in specs. but the actual phone is just not working good. I'm going to give some points where the phone lacks quality. I buyed the phone in a store btw. so it's not a clone or imitation. The phone works good for the rest but the weak points are for me;
- GPS location bad
- Phone turns off randomly
- Programs crashing
- Cannot update a few apps in the play store ( here u need to delete your updated play store client before u can update the apps. this problem started in 2019 btw ) After a while the play store updates itself and u need to delete it back in order to update your apps.
- Oh yes and i forget to tell you this; This phone died today. No crack's in the screen, Battery was still good. No other signs that it would die today. except the random shutdown before he died. And then the screen flashed and maked really weird noises. At that moment i was thinking the phone would explode, but he dident. He started up a few times with the sony logo. but then failed to work in combination with a weird colored screen.
It's a shame he died so fast, my other Sony M2 survived for 4 years
( and it was not buyed in a store + it was not new ) . That's my review.

If u use the screen display with max light then yes the battery is weak.
When u use the display with min light then the battery is good.

from sony ericsson....up to sony xperia...the best phone for me.... quality overall... i love it.... i have 3 model sony xperia ...ericsson xperia, xperia z , xperia l1g33312.....still with me & working good....normal problem is the battery....but now have already the power bank so less the problem easy to solve.....more sony please & improve the best battery please... ^_^
