Ed, 31 May 2012Seems like details are off. If its packing an adreno 320 it means it's running Off of the s4 p... morethe S4 chipset inside the ONE S, XL and the Xperia GX is called S4 PLUS , this type of SoC has 2 Krait cores with an Adreno 225 GPU , the S4 Pro has either 2 or 4 Krait cores with "UP TO ADRENO 320 GPU " meaning Adreno 320 or 225 , I guess an S4 chip with dual core Krait and Adreno 320 is the best solution for phones cuz it is pretty powerful and not so much power-hungry , IMHO

AnonD-4814, 05 Jun 2012I'm wondering, why people still think quad-core always better than dual-core? It's clear that ... moreBut if you do notice the whole sentece he says "to make other phone jealous", his stupidity is revealed right there, i agree on the fact that Krait is as fast as the Quad-core processors but for some reason in Antutu it falls short of them, maybe if developers optimize apps to use quad core they will give a better user experience than Krait.

It's clear that ... moreWell not a lot of people understand hyper-threading. Its just the thinking " More cores more fun " is what they apply. Its not that it actually beats quad-core but not a lot of applications today can utilize 4 cores. Plus nowadays, Even a rooted & overclocked single/dual core phone can do almost all things a quad core phone does. What I would prefer is higher ROM, A good battery (1800 mah) and 1 gig RAMs to be defaulted on most android phones.

GEISHA, 25 May 2012why so i heaerd somewhere that this phone will get whitemagic display Whitemagic is useless. Just make your black screen really bright. You're not gonna need 1000+ nits, it would be better if sony use ips panel.

Mobilemaster, 09 May 2012Well, let's wait till the announcement. ;)) By the way I give you a link, please check it. h... moreSeems like details are off. If its packing an adreno 320 it means it's running Off of the s4 pro chipset, which isn't aimed at phones for the time being, it's mainly aimed at Tablets that can provide enough juice to keep the CPU running for longer than an hour. Furthermore, the s4 pro is quad core as far as I know unless they release different variants. I'd bet if this does come out it will have the adreno 225 chipset on board along with the rest of the regular s4 SoC.

Prototype, 16 May 2012Poor phone. Dual Core CPU lolSony said dual core is more than enough, they will release quadcore or more but probably not soon. People wants quadcore phones or 8 cores so badly, but for what? It's a phone!!

I think Sony is true, but probably it's their weakness that they don't give what people wants.
