I think xperia m2 has a good back camera, I don't know why many people complain about it. And yes it's front camera is kinda bad,mys ony live with walkman has vga front camera it's still better comparing to M2

adi, 04 May 2015Heating of phone is very much... Playing game and shooting a video for 5 to 8 mins heats up b... morei guess overheating issues is common. However, after an update to 5.0 lollipop, my z1 compact SELDOM suffer from overheating even using it (wifi) while charging. Just turn off "auto sync" because it is really a power-consuming feature.

This phone is so durable, I have dropped it so many times but surprisingly, my phone is still in perfect condition, with no scratches or anything as such. I do have a case for it, but it is a plastic one that doesn't give much support.

I bought xperia m2 on july 2014. im currently still on 4.3 JB. should i upgrade to 4.4.4 kitkat ? Any improvements or still have bugs ?Please help .

HI,
I bought my Sony Xperia M2 last March 2015 and is still working great as of May 2015.
For its performance in terms of accessing multiple applications and games (Asphalt8 , Dungeon Hunter 4) I've never experienced any issue with lags.
For its camera I appreciate its front Camera. Its good but the front camera is very horrible, It can't be used.
For its speaker located at the bottom of phone. For me its not ideal specially when I play games or watch videos you cant hold it since it will cover the phone. Sound is not great.
Battery life is really good it can last atleast a day with LTE connection.
Overall this phone is OK.

hi everyone.. m2 is awesum phone.the display is amazing.very high quality -although its qhd,in terms of colours,display vividity and contrast-it beats motog2,grand prime..and it has higher brightness than e5 and 7.besides sony displays are long lasting.samsung amoled becomes yellow after a year.
it is very smooth in 4.4.4.after updating,do a factory reset -everything will be smooth!
i played very heavy games.itd smooth.
and loudspeaker is loud.
back camera is awesome in manual mode.guys learn to use the camera-sony camera phones are for pro's! visit xperia photo academy site too!
it has best battery backup guys-the best battery life.
cons-only con is poor front cam in low light.

Worst phone ever...i bought it on 2 april 2015..within 2 weeks its sim slot automatically got damage...i sent it to care..after repairing,2 days later its speaker automatically stopped working..it is now in care..besides this heating problem is very high...overall bakwas phone..
