Hi, need help... my xperia M2 suddenly cannot capture LTE access. I connect to LTE the other day and it was fine but now the phone cannot connect to LTE anymore only H and H+.

Flaws: front camera is the worst camera i have seen in my life.

Well, I will be honest I found this phone to be awful.
Really bad camera quality and the touch screen/typing sucks. Misses out letters and the space bar is tiny, always puts a '.' instead of a space when I am taking notes.
The update to Kitkat recently lost all my work via the notes app - no apology from support just a 'you lost your data there is nothing we can do about it' - well thanks guys!
