mahi, 03 Nov 2015after downgrade have you any problem..? i also face the camera problem that is like painted p... moreNo not at all its working nice but the process to downgrade is little complex as u need lot of work to do with flash tool etc

i think it is a good device without any problem. but if you upgrade your system to 5.1 you will find it the worst device ever .. i advice you to let it run with 4.4 kitkat that is much better i swear :)

Shofi , 24 Oct 2015My Sony Xperia m2 duel has a illumination effect doesn't working. Anyone can solve this problem Some days before... I also had this problem...
The solution is....
We can see a small hole near the sim slots..
Inside the hole there us a button for immediate shutdown... Hold it with a needle or a pen nib for 10 seconds....
While holding the power will off...after 10 seconds only the needle want to take out...

I think we should go bake to kitkatDear frnds I updated my Xperia on 27/10/2015. I m facing the same problem too. Camera quality is fully down and now there is no chance of degrading. Service providers of Sony mobile told that new os will be made available to you soon but till now no any responses from the company. So my dear frnds no any benefit crying.
The only option I am thinking about is to post your comments on Facebook, because this is a big issue which should be made known to higher authorities of Sony mobile company otherwise our problem is not going to be solved by these service centre fellows.

everyone knows that you should back up your data before updating to a major update.
your even told to do so before updating either via OTA or PC Companion
don't go on blaming others.
own to your mistakes.
