sree, 07 Mar 2015Does anyone face this problem after updating this phone to 4.4.4 kitkat... *i cannot play f... moreno i didnt face.friend,u shud use file commander to copy paste files from internal to external or vice versa.pls download mx player and see iff it plays your media files on ext memory.if it does,then u can be sure that movies app does not support the format.can you b clear about exactly what media it cant play?

Who buy sony m2 before oct 14 they got exilent phone.when sony drop its price its quality also drop..so if u whant to buy this phone 13k or 14k..you faced many problem like heating hanging bad sound and music quality..

* phone gets heated qyickly

This phone is the worst upgrade I have ever encountered, the phone won't charge unless switched off, unless I use a car charger, the OfficeSuite software does not read .pdf files, rendering Email totally useless. The entire unit is a nightmare and I believe it is a refurb that has been poorly refurbished. 1/10 Sony.

AJoy, 02 Feb 2015I want to buy m2 dual. but i want to know how much ram are free(300-400 or 500-600)?plz answerHorrible phone do not buy.reasons. Microphone was not working after two days of purchase.company did not replace it. Handed to service centre.board was unserviceable.sim slot was unserviceable. Got baxk after 15 days after lots of reminders.since last few days touch is not working properly.service centre responce is very bad.complained but no use.mobile is two months old with lots of problems. Camera does not work properly.do not buy this phone.

Niloo, 03 Mar 2015can i Buy this Cell of Sony, Please advise....if you can tolerate the poor front camera,its a hood phone.i bought thus to watch movies and listen to music and i am happy..the battery backup is good..connectivity options are top..speakers are good but not very loud.
the front camera works well in good light,but poor in low light.if this front camera is imp to u,dont buy otherwise buy

Anonymous, 28 Feb 2015Moto g is better then this stupid phone you can get better specs at this price I am using moto... moreexactly what specs are better??only front facing camera of moto g is better.nothing else.even your moto g hd screen cant match the qhd screen of this m2.accept it.and i accept the front camera of m2 is bad.MOTO G HAS 2070mah battery.m2dual has 2300mah.all other specs-processor,ram same.i use screen mirroring on my m2 to watch photos on my hd tv.bet ur moto g cant do that...

full hd videos against motog 2nd gen and to my surprise found m2dual's screen To have better n accurate color reproduction and brightness.brightness just aces moto g.and colors appear really vibrant.PLS CHECK IT OUT IF YOU DNT BELIEVE.
CONS-THE FRONT CAMERA SUCKS.
NOTE..THE REAR CAMERA WAS BAD WITH JELLYBEAN.BUT,THE REAR CAMERA IS GREAT WITH KITKAT.JUST GREAT.put into superior auto n just change the aspect ratio to 4:3

Dear M2 dual users is there any body experienced heating issue below the rear camera in about 15mm area, as i installed Clean Master it notifies that the CPU temperature is increasing and your phone may lag, when i check the CPU will be at 43-45 degrees. The CPU temperature rises very soon on browsing though i use only one activity on net. Can any one tell what a mobile CPU can reach at higher level which is normal. Also share what temperature is abnormal and cause a serious damage for the device.
Except heating no other issue never hangs, good touch, good rear cam, but can't expect much with front cam as VGA,good back up more than 1.5 days,in decent use, handy good appearance.
