after the upgrade from 4.4.4 to 5.1.1, greatly worsened the speaker volume, how to solve this problem?

After update to lollipop update released last year, camera became poor and gps problems too. But now there is update (version 18.6.A.0.182) which seems to fix the issues. Too bad we had to complain much for the fix to be released after suffering for months!!!.

Phone is good but camera problem how to fix it please tell me.

One of the best Sony Phones. I have been using it for more than a year now.
Battery life is way improved with the lollipop update.
Only problem is with the internal storage that seems to be full almost always, but the update provided by Sony after the lollipop update fixed this problem.
However please Sony bring a care centre to Kenya specifically for mobile phone repair and support.

I send my phone to Sony care for speaker problem but they did not found any problem rather than they updated to lollipop(5.1.1). But now l am face many problem - the camera is both very bad that is always give me distress. Please tell me how I will solve this problem and is it now possible to update to kitkat? Please tell me.

Hey guys if u r using sony xperia M2 dual and you think that this phone has worst speaker sound then I tell you that this phone is awesome in sound because at the bottom it is net part is situated na then guys tear little bit of net of that region and play and audio u will see that this phone is awesome trust me.........

Honest review after long term usage
1.During kitkat version the battery was awesome
But when updated to lollipop battery goes bad.
2.Camera glass catches the scratches very frequently but can easily be removed by cleaning with petrol and cotton.
Otherwise camera clarity is very good as it needs stable focusing during capturing images.
3.Hardware and looks are stunning
4.There is a lot of heating during watching movies,playing games below the camera portion. For that the solution is remove the case or cover during hard usage.
5.Gorilla glass provides very good security.
6.Since i am using it from one year it hangs up on for four times which happens only after version 5.1.1
7.After 5.1.1 the phone become colourful
Main cons.
1 The screen built material is bad as the pixels are deading without any misshapenings like pressure on the screen
2.Front camera is the worst thing in this phone

The camera problem is solved after update and now the camera gives satisfactory performance but i will not buy any sony mobile in future because the user has to face problems and sony prices are higher with same specifications to the other. This is my first and last sony phone
