I bought the Sony Experia M5 aqua and I have the problems with with the phone, it switches off every time, it get stuck every you try to answer a call. The Cell C network will go away everytime. Can anyone help and Cell C is saying that I should have returned the phone after seven days. Please help and for those who want to buy it please Don't there's so many problem with that device.
i have an xperia M and it works very good, and now i want to buy the M5 but when i read the opinions i dislike it i wront know if i could buy it or not plz reply me !!! thanks

Tell me the problem about that phone I am using it, it shuts down on its own and in order to switch it on u have to plug in the charger or usb cable from ur pc. I bought this phone on the 29 December 2015. On sat I am returning it for repairs. Furthermore, u will charge the battery everyday. However, it has top features.
Everyone complains about this phone. Cell C (Network provider in South Africa) told me that they have received notification from Sony to stop selling the M5 because the first batch was faulty. Apparently Sony might even discontinue the M5 completely.

AnonD-490598, 19 Jan 2016shoud i buy M5 or not plz tell me..!! thanks u ;) yes the center says those that encounter shut down problem had their phone batteries tested and replaced and never came back. guys just go fix the phone... it's inconvenient and takes one to two weeks but it's worth it as it's still a good phone.
regarding the auto shutdown issue, just send in the phone to sony service centre ASAP before warranty ends... standard protocol takes 1 to 2 weeks...
i was told replace battery would solve the issue. i was lucky 'cos they had the replacement so i got my phone back the next day. hopefully this time the problem will not resurface.

Price is the same.
I want to gift it to my sibling but im not really sure which one is better.. they both are great but since i have never owned z3+ or m5 but other sony's phones, i cant tell plusses and minuses to these phones.
Which one? M5 or z3+?
Really,this is the worst nightmare av had with Sony m5,been using the Z series but had no any related issues,but with M5 been a disappointment....... On n off suddenly unless been boosted on a charger irregardless of the percentage.... Sony centre what's up with Sony m5?!!!...i too regret on its use.....

Do not buy this phone. Mine has been in the service center since december. Will not buy sony ever again. Xperia M5 has been pulled out from Sony stores in the Philippines. I am planning to file a complaint in the concerned goverment agencies.

Very Disappointed with my 1st ever Sony Phone. My Fiance gifted me this phone which he bought from Croma-oberoi. The very next day my phone went to sleep mode. tried switching it on several times but in vain. Phone was completely charged but again and again phone used to heat up and goes off. We went to Goregaon East Sony Center and experienced the worst ever service. Somehow managed to get the phone replaced with the new one in 2 weeks. Phone worked fine for 2-3 weeks and started giving the same problem. In 2- 3 days, my phone has to get off and i have to still use coz it is precious gift for me.
Sony People we are done with our patience and will continue using the phone till the time we can. But we will never ever recommend anyone to buy Sony products.
Very much disappointed!
