Worst phone ever - unfortunate to be an owner of one - bricks itself whenever there is no reception and only powers on when the charger is connected - no fix even on latest updates

Dont buy this Phone.
I bought this Phone this christmas. And its has only be giving me problems the touchscreen Sometimes doesnt work on bottom right corner, the earspeaker and the speaker stopped working. This Phone isnt work buying.
The only good side about this Phone is the camera.

Phone was ruined when Android 6 update came to this device...
When I rooted phone and downgraded to lollipop 5.1, there was no problems. So, Sony companion MUST release Android 7 for this phone.

Sony m5 is the worst phone that I used in my life. It gives a lot of problems like auto shut down and slow charging. The camera takes photos so slow. And I recommend people not to buy this phone.

M2 was better phone!
But M5 is also good, Sony always make amazing phones.
My only problem is slow charging.

Well I have the late 2016 (september) revision of the phone,and it works marvellous, no bugs, no glitches no overheating no problems with sensors, screen or anything else.
battery lasts for 1.5-2 days solid with average use (Wifi always on, 2-3 hours of use per day)
Feels bad that we wont receive a 7.0 update due to old technologies that were used in 5.xx.

Touch screen needs fine tuning
Aux output no longer works.
Ringer speaker a bit soft
VERY slow charging (std charger = 700mA)

Amazing picture and video quality
Decent battery life

My sony xperia M5 have many problems, such as auto shut down, freezing while playing video, need to connect charger to restart after freezing, heating while playing video, now its mother board dead, cannot be repair the phone due to the non availability of mother board.
But onething is amazing that the display and camera.
