But I am expecting soon as my camera still have the issue. My camera is not available when snap chat hang. My phone undergo repair at service center and only thing they did is reload the soft ware
Anonymous, 29 Oct 2015Dnt buy m5 online because they may have problems only purchase from sony store or other storeyup..the problem is only in online devices.. my m5 is running too good.
my fiance just buy sony M5 last month.. the same problem happen.. auto shutting down, camera problem n blablabla.. and today, we just go to the services centre.. she said that the first generation of M5 are so perfect with no problem.. its only happen toward the second generation of M5.. haha.. what happen sony!!! what wrong with your software?? :'(
Did Sony Clear up all the problematika on the M5? Still the most complete phone at this price range, in my mind.

I faced the same problem as you and Sony replaced my set. But I conitinued facing the SAMe problen on the new set... something wrong with this model
WEEK 1 :My M5 kept turning itself off and I was unable to restart unless connected to the AC supply. I took the phone to the service centre for a warranty claim and a week later it was returned to me with Sony saying nothing wrong with the phone.
Week 2 : Problem persisted. I went to Sony center again and demanded a new replacement set as I was sure my set was faulty. Sony said they will consider
Week 4:Sony agreed to replace the set
Week 6 : Same problem restarted on the replacement M5 unit!!!
Now I am beginning to wonder if there is a hardware issue with the M5.
Anyone face the same issue??
yesterday only i bought this phone.when inserting simcard it shows software problem.very disappointment
I just receive my phone from repair. It state no hardware repair. All it does is a software reload. Now I am doing stress test
