Just googling and find out the way to do that. Because i have same problem with you and i did it, my phone now fresh like a new. Hope you get it bro

i personally experience , this mobile has problem of automatic shutdown and sudden death. There is no international warranty. I bought this mobile on 13 dec 2016. On 31 dec 2016, my M5 mobile automatically ON and OFF and suddenly dead. Sony does not provide any international warranty.

Pros: OK and fast operation
Cons:Poor battery and incredibly slow camera app. Very slippery design.
