You can force your device to shut down in situations where it stops responding or won't restart normally. No settings or personal data get deleted.
Open the micro SIM card cover and you will see a small red button. Press it and you will feel three vibrations and device will shuts down.

My phone is now water-damaged. It's screen show some colours but it's blank and can't be turn on. Is there any solution to fix it because i don't want to send it to the centre as if that happens i will lose all my pics. Someone please help me 😭😭😭

Rahul, 01 Jun 2016I am going to buy this phone, Kindly suggest is this phone good or not.Dont forget this is mid range category phone, for mid range I think it is very good,
Picture quality and video very good. I also take picture and video when go to water park( I dont put the phone under water but still got splash on the phone)
1st I also concern about the bezel but after the while I much more convenient on the bottom and upper bezel since I like to plaing game, it help me to hold the phone better whne playing game. also I will not accidently touchh back or recent apps button when playing game like my previous note 3

Got a second one this week, first one had all the problems, the second one is amazing.
There is a difference in the build quality as well, the first had a strange square sensor right from the front facing camera, the second one does not. Both are revision 2. The processor is really snappy and the camera is pretty decent. The battery life is good as well. If you buy this make sure it doesnt have a squared light sensor.
