This is the worst Sony product i have seen so far, i have replaced my M5 Dual handset 3 times for the same repeating issues.
and again i am facing same issue with the replaced handset
Automatically Phone switch off and will switch on only when connect to power
back camera is very very poor.
sound quality is like cheat phone.
1st and last time Sony . would never ever buy any Sony product..........

I love this phone, got it for the amount of 21,990 pesos, the only shortcoming of this phone is the battery life, other than that design, camera, performance really love it.

Please verify I have posted a comment dated Nov. 09 2015 exactly 1 month after i bought a Xperia m5, Dec 16, 2015 after waiting more than a month the replacement has come, after using for 2 days the same problem i experience, sudden shut down, melting hot, long charging time. Now i went back to the store and same old story and have my phone be send back to service center again for the second time. I have a bad experience in Sony Xperia , I bought a scrap.I demanded for the refund of my money, I advice you not to buy this model. (I'm from the Philippines)

I got this phone 3 days ago and I haven't yet experience those things mentioned in the comments, but when I browse pictures, some of them but not all, are half grayed. that's all, aside from that, the phone works fine

am in Ghana ready to buy M5 dual when i read all the comment and now am scared to go for it cos here once u buy the fone no warrant and the best is for 7 days and if i get any of the above issues how will i handle it and its very expensive here like $500.. any advise thank u

I received my second replacement M5 Dual last Tuesday. I'm hoping the third time's the charm. I've been stressing it out (LTE, music, videos, games) to fully test it. No issues so far. Will update you guys next week.

Msee y screen first got a screen bleeding and a white spot. After 2 month it got 3 reasonably red spot at the screen. The phone runs hot and the camera software have a lot of problems such as camera not available, cannot record video and the 4k video only records green pixelation all over the screen. The sim card 1 slot connot be use. The phone have a quite number of app crash. This is the phone that I felt like this is a trash. Please go for oneplus x,Xiaomi note,honor 7,iPhone 5s refurbished, galaxy s6.

I purchased this mobile 4 days back impressed with the configuration.On the usage its heating to the core worried about this issue.
Fortunately Hardware got corrupted with in 3 days,Display gone and not taking the sim signal.
Returned the Mobile to the store itself.
