My phone is in service centre since 29th September for replacement and still nothing done by serv centre. Don't know when I'll get the new handset. Facing such Hassall's after spending 35k.

just upgrade to 5.1.1 or wait for on air update ;-)I am facing the auto shutdown issue. Service center has replaced the phone but i still hv the issue. Eagery waiting to return the phone since there is delay in the s/w update too.
AlexMhae, 17 Oct 2015What update did you do? Try to update first all the sony installed apps especially Facebook, albums, music and try to install cleaning app since software update is not available yet. Also restart your unit.
Am I that lucky that I got a nice unit last week? Also, for those having battery problem, try to update sony's built in apps and to use the stamina mode to improve battery life.

I think Sood don't have this phone so he doesn't know what are we dealing with shutdown issue. My advice, sent to service center don't use in safe mood, its sux. let them fix. Mine have been 2 weeks without any info from the service center. Hope Sony can fixed. Otherwise this is shame and I need refund .

Other phones with better features and.specs are available at cheaper price 4. It's not at all future proof 5. I am stucked with this phone as I cannot sell it with incurring the loss of atleast Rs. 10,000/- 6. It's not at all a fake review speaking out of personal experiences

sood, probably a phone seller with a lot of M5 in store. you dont feel the pain simply saying others giving negative comment to this device.
i jz bought a M5 dual last 3 weeks. my only problem right now is it keep shutting down randomly & cant turn it on unless plug in charging cable to boot the phone.
been trying safe mode for about a day so far din turn off by itself.. comon sony! i shouldn't b using this thing in safe mode till i change the next phone.

bcoz this phone is awesome in features,
I think always buy the phone from store , not from online markets

Both phones still had the shutdown issue. The update didn't make any difference. We returned both units and are now waiting for our refund.
