The autoshutdown is fixed when upgraded to marshmallow 6.0, wayback from the default lollipop 5.0 it was really the problem. the autoshutdown. but after upgrading. it was ok. never had any shutdown

it cost me 8000 , yet u wont get the original performance of the screen, functions are slow, screen is not very sensitive as it used to be

Xperia M5 is a device excellent in mobile communications but back camera which is boasted as 21MP is really bad as pictures taken through it are blurred without auto focus function.
Repeated emails on Xperia official Web site are turned on deaf ears.
Beware of Sony customer care as there is always no response.

What should i buy between Xperia XA and Xperia M5 ? what's the best one among them both ? Please answer. Why is those both cost same price though the XA has low performance ?

After 7/8 months from the date of purchasing of this mobile my real problems stared. I got the following problems with this phone.
1One sim slot is not working. 2. Front camara is not working 3. Eventhough full charging is there mobile getting switched off. After getting power connection only it will start.
I gone to service centre. even though warranee is there service centre people avoided for coverage of warranty service by saying 'piece is in shake' Actually i did not got down the mobile. I understood they are avoided free service by saying some thing. Eventhough i prefered to paid service they told servicing charge is Rs.23000/- Even if i preferred to repair, they told me until 03 months guarantee will be given for spares. By reading this matter you decide is it necessory to purchase this type of mobily. What a wonderful mobile model it is

Experience terrible and horrible experience with this unit.
After used for 3 months, facing battery hang. Sent to Service Centre for repair. Changed motherboard, battery and screen (uneven). Managed to used for few months, again battery start to hang and drain fast. Sent to Service Centre for repair. This time need to change motherboard and battery. Besides, the back cover and frame got gap. Need to spend for RM776.05 if need to repair..... :-(
Will never purchase Sony mobile.....

SRI, 27 Dec 2016My xperia M5 Dual , Problem is When i try to open camera i feel some cloudy after few second i... moreits just trying to focus your view... then only it can get good clarity pictures.. thatsit and thats not a propblem at all..
