AnonD-62906, 09 Sep 2012In the images of Xperia miro & J, u see there are time 10:35. Under this time, the date is... morewashim in the pic its written "thursday september 17" but sept 17 is not thursday its monday..... anyways lets see.. :)
AnonD-62906, 08 Sep 2012Yes, miro can't play 720p videos by default. But there some free players like Mobo Player thos... moreare you sure about that?
has Qualcomm MSM7225A got that ability to render a 720p video?
if no then how a MXplayer or MOBOplayer could handle?
viju, 09 Sep 2012hi washim, from where u got dat dates? In the images of Xperia miro & J, u see there are time 10:35. Under this time, the date is Sept 17 in miro & Oct 5 in J.
Look, miro was announced on 13th June and we expected its release in August. But it didn't happen. Now we all know that miro will come in mid September. So I think the date Sept 17 may be the date or it may vary in 2-3 days. May be Sony wants to inform us with such tricks.
Xperia J was announced on Aug 29 and we expect it in October. So may be that date Oct 5 in image also stands for J's release.
I am not sure, I posted because the dates are upto the expected dates.
Xperia Miro rumored price is Rs 12,990 and release date in India 3rd week of September, 2012.
But have a feeling there might be delay.
I agree that the front facing camera is a deal breaker. Great for making skype video calls. None of the mid-range phones have a secondary camera.
Hoping that the rumoured price is right.
price list in india
£ 165.6 including VAT ~ 14.5 K INR.
If that's right then it's Not cool.
May be Miro will be released on September 17 and J on October 5. The day may vary in 2-3 days.
These dates are located beneath the time of corresponding phones, may be its a flash out of Sony's aim.
I think Miro has delayed because XPERIA J will be releasing? Because, XPERIA J bring something new in Sony Series I guess.
Sony Xperia Miro is due to be released during week commencing 17 September,,,
Clove Technology UK confirmed
AnonD-27666, 08 Sep 2012i think Miro will not be able to handle 720p videos. Is it so?Xperia tipo reviews conclude that tipo can handle video playback upto the res. of 800*480(wvga) so expect the same thing with miro if not more.
AnonD-66133, 07 Sep 2012i think its enough of waiting...miro will launch arnd 13k..i hav decided to go for xperia GO i... moreFront cam alone is the deal breaker for me. If you can wait for Miro to be released, see what the feedback about it is. The Go is rugged I admit that, but something tells me the Miro is the way to go. :)
saying that its a budjet mobile, but prices are varies from 13k to 18k, its not at all a budjet mobile. sony should concentrate on the price if not it wont reach middle class people those who are passion with sony...
why the hell sony makes delay in miro....?
they already launched 3 new smartphones...
but miro is still in 'coming soon' title....
AnonD-27666, 08 Sep 2012i think Miro will not be able to handle 720p videos. Is it so?Yes, miro can't play 720p videos by default. But there some free players like Mobo Player those can support almost all format and res videos and attached subtitles.
hey people.. can anyone please recommend me something between 12k-13k. i have decided to purchase some other model and have given up on miro.
Sony was better off with ericsson now they seem to be completely lost and are just focusing on announcing on phone models rather than actually launching them in market..
