I don't see why anyone would buy a new smartphone today which doesn't have a 4G antenna. Soon 4G will be normal connectivity, and you'd be stuck with a considerably slower 3G speed.
Sony would be wiser to introduce in Europe all the excellent phones it has produced which are, for some unclear reason, limited to japanese market only.

[deleted post]Bcoz this chipset is one of the most cost efficient one around.
Not all devices r using it.only budget ones.
Htc desire v,vc,galaxy s duos ,miro,tipo,optimus l5,l7 r all budget phones.they all utilize cortex a5 cpu with virtually the same specs apart from screen size n resolution.

Htc desire v(@ 21 k INR) is also a budget phones in terms of specs but htc,they always charge premium rates even for their basic devices.maybe coz it's their first dual sim phone n it has ceramic coated body.but expect galaxy s duos to be much cheaper than this with same or more specs when it comes to India.
Optimus l7(@ 17 k INR) may look like a highend with it's 4.3" display but it's not.It has the same cortex a5 cpu,has vga recording(as the chipset doesn't support hd vid recording) and virtually every aspect is similar to miro apart from the screen size n resolution and therefore it has slightly higher clockspeed cpu @ 1 ghz but the class of cpu is the same.
