krish, 02 Jan 2013I have purchased miro 1 week back, its a very good phone, call quality is super, sound quality... morefor better sound quality in earphones, plz download sound booster app from play store and u will experience a drastic change in the sound. I am using it and suggest it to all who are complaining about low sound quality in earphones.

ardi, 04 Jan 2013xperia miro is better cause xperia miro use os android ics,FYI, both Sony Xperia Miro and Samsung Galaxy S Duos run on Android 4.0 (ICS). :)

Anonymous, 03 Jan 2013On saving mp3 files in my external SD card, the newly added files are not displayed in the in-... morewell try this,after moving all the stuffs go to the music library and select option u might see an option named refresh library,select it it will refresh the whole player and after its finished u will be able to access the downloaded items.try it!

No need to restart ur phone, but just update ur media in the walkman. The option is their in the media settings..

Maybe your soft has a problem. I suggest updating it via USB cable and internet. I did after I bought it, 5 /6 days ago. Takes like 20 min.

im yet to buy the miro from carphone warehouse as im getting it in march which aint long to wait , but i just want to know some good stuff and bad stuff about the phone - also can u change the background on the home screen

On saving mp3 files in my external SD card, the newly added files are not displayed in the in-built music player/Walkman(playlist, albums etc) until I restart my phone.
Is anyone else facing the same issue. If not how to resolve this. Pls reply

The sound you hear when starting the camera is just the camera shutter opening to be ready in standy mode to capture the picture when you click the shot. When you exit camera you can hear the shutter closing.
Miro is not capable of playing HD 720p videos. The video profile in which it shoots the camera videos are the kind of videos it can play. I played a 480p movie with 512kbps bitrate and it played smoothly. So that is the kind of video it can support.
Miro has Adreno200 GPU which is low end GPU, can play simple games smoothly like angry birds. I tried Asphalt 7 and it cannot support it properly. It plays for some 10 minutes or so and then the game closes automatically. So, Miro is not suitable for HD gaming.
