All you need to do is search for the things you need to do. First root your device. Unlock your bootloader. Flash custom kernel. Install custom rom. It's really simple if you just know how to follow instructions exactly.

I've been seeing a lot of complaints on this phone. For those that are complaining, first of all, it's your fault for not finding out first the specs of this phone before buying. You have the choice to search for the specs and check if that will suit your needs. But you guys didn't. Another thing, if you want your phone to fly, like mine, root your phone, unlock your bootloader, flash custom kernel, install custom rom. I promise you'll love this phone once rooted and unlocked. Google is a free search engine. All you have to do is read and understand what you need to do for your device. It doesn't take much time to read.
