SONY has confirmed that the jellybean(4.1.2) for xperia p will be rolled out in this week,with new apps and home screen layout and STAMINA mode in battery management.

You might need some tiny screwdrivers, and safe place to store the screws or you might loose it. If you are not comfortable with it, it's best way to go to the Service centre.
