If you search for best camera phones on the web, you will get only comparisons between HTC One X, Xperia S/T, Samsung Galaxy S II/III/Note or a Nokia Lumia model. The fact is that Nokia Lumia have the best quality cameras (at least the expensive models), but, if you look in the quality comparison tool from this website and compare any other Sony/HTC/Samsung with this Xperia P, you will be amazed. It has the best camera. Just try.
Best regards.
Which one is better Sony Xperia P or Nokia Lumia 900 ?
Please help me my PC is not showing my XPERIA P's memory. I cannot add or remove any thing in my mobile. Please help me what should I do ?

i see. you have the htc phone? i based it on the reviews from other sites such as techradar and the others. anyway, it's still like the counterpart of xperia P on the htc line.

Also HTC One S is not that better (concerning battery life) although it's battery capacity is significantly better. When battery level drops below 20% on both mobiles, Xpera P will last significantly longer (on stand-by) then HTC One S (talking it from experience).
Anonymous, 30 Jan 2013I think I remember sony announced it by march we'll have JB.Well, that's just what I said (we are in January now, for two months it will be March, and since upgrade is not made available worldwide at once, you can expect to have it for 2-3 months or even more (especially those users who are tied to telecom provider).

2. in the developer option, enabled force GPU rendering.
3. still in developer options, i limited background processes to 2.
4. contrary to what others say, i did not activate "Don't keep activities" in developer options.
5. disabled everything that eats battery unless im going to use it. (wifi, gps, nfc, etc)
also i use a picture as a wallpaper, not the cosmic flow. i like it but i like my current wallpaper more.
that's about it i guess. should you go for it? it really depends. specs wise, xperia P is a good choice. i rated it 4 instead of 5 for two things and first is the battery. the phone, with its specs deserves a bigger capacity battery. i do not recommend this phone for those that want their phones to last longer than usual (1-2 days with moderate to heavy usage). second i use to have problems with the cached processes and running services but with the recent minor update, this was solved so i guess new rating would be 4.5 out of 5. lol.
if your just like me, light to moderate user, i'd go for this phone. although im biased with sony, i'd still recommend this phone. if you want a longer battery life, i guess there are other phones you can choose from. if you want similar specs, check HTC one S. HTC's counterpart for the xperia P but battery life is better and its a bit faster than xperia P with 1.5GHz dual core processor. i was choosing between the two. i chose sony for the cam as sony is already very established on that area as well as the music since it has the walkman app with all the enhancements. htc has beats audio enhancement but idk if it has a good cam. some of my friends complained about it. quality wise, i've been a sony user ever since. my w700i lasted for 6 years of full use then switched to x8 as my introphone to android and this phone has an aluminum body, trust me it's hard enough lol. although i did try to buy something new but i chose sony in the end. choose wisely.
