Sean, 15 May 2012Xperia Blog have reported the Xperia P suffers death griphmm now we know why sony delayed the P and U?
CNET has posted that Sony has reception problem when the phone is held at a certain way....death grip. plzz tell if its really a big issue ??
When should we expect a review?
I am wondering how it will handle 1080p youtube with such a low speed (for 2012 standards).
this phone is available in stores now. cost Rs 24000 in chandigarh(india). the white magic technology really makes a difference. next to an xperia s the screen is noticeably much more brighter. the display has very good colours and contrast, almost on par with xperia s. the whites are whiter than other phones. overall the phone is very fast in working. i tried the sleep to snap and it definitely works. clicked pic in around a second from locked screen by pressing shutter key.
the looks are nice and the aluminium body is nice to touch. the transparent strip looks cool.
sony are giving 2 nfc tags and a leather case in the box. yipppeeee.
i simply loved this phone.
I really like this phone, but when I got a second look at it, it's really more angular than the curved-corner android smart phones out there.
Wouldn't this hurt its pocketability? I mean I wouldn't want to be poked around by my phone in my pocket... and will it poke me palm while I'm one-handing it?
has anyone else tried using the phone?
How is it, ergonomic-wise?
I really like the phone but this remains to be a concern for me.
