After I have updated my SXS to Ice Cream Sandwich a couple of months ago, I notice since last week that my phone automatically SWITCH ON to SILENT and a Notification ring without any messages or something. So sometimes I need to check my phone from time to time whether it's switch ON to SILENT. Anybody from you guys experience the same issue? I am planning to re-install the ICS into my phone (by the way I am already using the latest firmware i.e. 6.1.A.2.45).
This phone is perfect, battery life is too short and this is only negative thing about this phone...
raZa_idreeS, 21 Sep 2012how to update to the latest version ?Just connect your device to your computer and open PC companion. Make sure you're connected to internet. Click support zone and it will automatically look for new update. Mine just automatically received a notification that new software is available. just click update and it will download the latest firmware which is 6.1.A.2.45.. and after download it will update to latest firmware. You also have to disconnect and turn off your device and have to hold the down volume key while connecting. After installing, your phone will boot up and new update installed. Also you can update your device via your phone. just go to settings>about phone>software update..
Since I updated to latest firmware I never experienced bugs and crashes. The 3 buttons also became more responsive than previous update. see for yourself. :)
Has anyone had issues with deadspots on the screen? The lock doesnt slide over enough to turn it on?
is anyone also facing a problem of short battery period? I don't talk a lot but I have to charge the battery everyday!
will xperia s get jelly bean?
n plz tell me the link to update xperia S to the latest available android verion !
