Link has been removed. But I'm not seeing any Memory Card slot mention in the spec section.
i cant believe this phone. i did want xperia neo. but now. i want this!!
Definitely, definitely no card slot...
As per Sony themselves "embedded 32gb" - not expandable...
Massive fail - you throw a few installed games, a decent music collection and a some films / not to mention recorded HD video and photos - and you'll run out in no time...
Epic, epic fail - soooooooo close too...
same spec with Samsung Galaxy note i717 but xperia better in camera. there is no memory card slot will be disappointing. you will get it for $ 600. who prices fairly expensive.
its does have memory slot 32 GB eMMC
i think SONY should hire atleast 100 engineers just
to make hardware design of their phones...their phone hardware looks are really bad...
Anonymous, 19 Jan 2012They made one already its called the Xperia Ray :p. Its an epic phone you should definitely ge... morehonestly , i dont like the design of the xperia ray . the phone is so long and narrow . but i like the sleek desgin :) . i want the identity iconic in the smaller phone :)
I confused sow the phone have slot for memory up 32gb or internal memory 32gb??
This one is my next phone. Watched the video review on phone itself and its camera features.
This buy is a must for myself.
So just through sell dates to us and it's cost.
I'm considering both this and GS2 at the moment (planning to buy at Febuary)
Do any one knew what's the launch date for xperia S in the SEA region?
Damn...with the Q4 results just released, you'd think Sony would make the Xperia S perfect, something that no one can complain about Eg. Non-removable SD & Battery.
I don't mind at all because I'm smart enough to work around it.
But that obviously detracts buyers who are less tech savy.
I'd love to see Sony take the throne from Samsung, but they must not miss any sales opportunities at all.
What gives with all these new Sony phones not having a card slot ?
Why would you do that when designing a phone ?
Fine if the phone includes 32/64gb but down here in New Zealand we tend to end up with the lowest spec 8/16gb if available.
That simply is not enough memory for what amounts to a portable computer.
If they really think to with stand in market and to get in to top, they should reduce the price a bit and introduce couple of mid range phones with fully loaded hand sets....but still even though they showing not a good result last year 2011, SE mobiles are more preferable like Neo V and Arc S but these two also going to be little bit costly among the middle class in India.... but where as Samsung they introduce many hand sets targeting Indian middle class... but at the same time those hand sets are marginally fine but attracts the consumers...but SE is always a best choice for who aware of the quality.... All the very best to Sony for this year 2012....
