Same happens when watching video on youtube but it cause the video to upload again after a few secs. Have to save it first on my phone. But the refresh thing causes it to pause while watching.

It keeps on "refreshing" when i'm viewing photos, when watching videos on youtube (that's why the video keeps on uploading from the beginning), when taking video's using cam (stops recordings, I can't record long videos coz it keeps on doing that refresh thing).
