Been using Xperia SL for a few months now...and am very happy with it!
- The camera is glorious
- USB On The Go is a nice feature to have
- Music quality is awesome too.
- The display clarity is simply superb - the sharpness is stupendous!
My only grouse with the phone is it's hard edged design which makes long calls uncomfortable if you do not use the hands-free.

ooo my god..Xperia SL is a ridiculous product of Sony...with its battery life... how could thz product released with its stupid battery span..n the mobile heats Upto 45deg>.

i noticed lots of problems w/ .211 update:
- video recording totally sucks!
- it heats up so easily
- sleep-to-snap shot doesn't always work
- some of the panorama mode doesn't exist anymore

i have updated my sony xperia SL from ics to jelly bean and it run smoothly and more battery life but the heating problem is not resolved. can you help me how to fix the heating issues?

out of 70% peoples who updated their phone complaining about the same issue.
Sony is always worse in new update....as it happened to me on xperia mini pro & xperia ray.

JB update made my mobile more smoother, the improved UI, more features make working easy. Battery also get charged more faster and lasts longer.
Expecting JB4.2.2 soon...

Guys my SL runs very smooth even after the jb update for me battery improved and ui became smoother. I played some hd games like real racing 3 and nfs most wanted no lag yet.
