I almost read all about xperia S Jb updating in SONYMOBILE.TALK.COM and there was a lot of problem and bug with this job. but I intrested of there was not anything about xperia SL JB updating.may be many people didnt recive JB for SL or there is not any problem with that!!!!!!!!!

Guys, after updating to JB, the notification light on top is always on. it used to blink depending on the msgs, call etc earlier. now its the other way around. Its On always and blink only when I get any msgs or calls. Is it same for others also? or any solution is available??

Use sony pc companion to update to jellybean. make sure u have working internet connection other than in your phone. Tne new software is around 700MB.

This update makes Xperia SL as one of the best handset of 2012 lineup (with Jelly Bean). Comparing with it's competitors.

As of now I didn't faced any connectivity issues in my handset. However, some people are experiencing some issues with camera; wifi; data and some. But, I didn't. Also I personally feel the battery performance has improved a lot when compared with ICS.
So for me it’s a worthy update :)

Why u guyz are worried about that u didn't receive any update in ur country.
Why won't you try to flash the jellybean file of ur device.......it is easy and more secure way to update ur device.......
First try to download jellybean official firmware from xdadevelopers.com.......the file will be in ftf format................install flashtool in ur pc and flash ur phone.
