This might help you. First you have to make sure that your phone is updated with the latest System update as well as software. You can do this by connecting your phone to a PC with Internet access. It should automatically detect your phone and download PC Suite for your phone. This is where you do the update.
Once you've updated everything, your phone should not have any issues on anything.

rock, 09 Feb 2013please anyone tell me about the screen, i heard about screen breakage when put in tight jean ... moreYes it has non removable battery lyk in htc ones n dats nt a problem.idk about any screen breakage but u have to be careful.
