This might help you. First you have to make sure that your phone is updated with the latest System update as well as software. You can do this by connecting your phone to a PC with Internet access. It should automatically detect your phone and download PC Suite for your phone. This is where you do the update.
Once you've updated everything, your phone should not have any issues on anything.

I have bought the Sony xperia sl last week because my 4 year cousin broke my xperia pro by throwing it.But now i think what hé had done was right!If he didnt do that then my parents will not buy me the xperia sl !!!
