Updated my XSP last Sunday, phone works brilliantly. Buttery smooth, fast, fluid and responsive. I would recommend this phone to anyone :-)
Only drawbacks I encountered after the update are battery charging icon disappears when charging the phone when off and switching on the screen blinks. But these can be overlooked as it doesn't hinder day to day use.
Speaking about the camera which I see many complaints... well have to say it's okay okay..nothing spectacular or brilliant. Actually for an 8mp BSI exmorR camera it is disappointing. But overall the camera could be called okay.
Hope I helped those who wanted to buy a new phone. Happy Xperia user experience peeps :-)
AnonD-265065, 17 Jun 2014I am from bosnia. can you explain how to update it trough pc companion?Bojank9,
Link to download PC Companion : http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
Youtube link guide to update your sony via PC Companion :
Note : This video is regarding updating XZ1 to Kitkat but the working is same with XSP to update. While downloading, you might get error downloading and might be asked to download sony update engine with link in a dialogue box. Click, install and run sony update engine. Afterwards the download will run smoothly.
As Prasanth informed you that the software size is huge you will need high internet speed. Yes, that's true. I updated my phone in my office with 256 kbps speed in 2 days (total 9 hrs approx. to download and install) but in PCC if you close the pc companion in the middle of download it will get resumed next time you open the pc companion and take same steps from number 1 again.
If you wish to receive OTA notification in your mobile to update, it's your choice to wait. But I could not wait to enjoy butter smooth xperia sp when the software is already released. The download file size of update do not make difference to your mobile space whether it is installed via pcc or OTA. Personally, I doubt updating via mobile and fear I won't get all butter smooth performance and wished to work slowly but with perfection.
Thanks for reading.

saksham, 17 Jun 2014i am thinking to buy sp at price of 16990 i am confused between sp moto g and m2 what to do? ... moreThis is my 2nd post after 4.3 update. 1st I recomend not to buy XSP. Although everything is great & bugs free phone but lags are there.
Today i rcvd & updated to .205.
Now I proudly say XSP is great phone with best battery backup, high processing power and great speed.
Better not to buy other budget friendly phones n moto G cant compete XSP.
XSP's procesaing speed is far better than most of quad core phones.
Pls note-All quad core chips with same specs dont have same speed.

AnonD-265065, 17 Jun 2014I am from bosnia. can you explain how to update it trough pc companion?Dont update it through PCC, if you dont have 2mbps internet as it will download entire OS around 500 MB. Direct phone update only have 10 MB. So, just update, you will receive update notification in few weeks.
Most of the bugs are fixed. Wifi, unistall, lagging, call back light etc. However, charging delay issue is still there, no change as they promised. It takes more than 3 hours to charge from 10% to 100%. Hope KitKat may solve this.
Rakesh, 17 Jun 2014Pls activate Stamina mode....No help with stamina mode. Even in standby the battery drains faster than 4.1
